We have a strong pipeline of ongoing commercial signage projects and are seeking skilled tradespeople to join our growing team. About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Signwriter / Installer to join our team. This hands-on role involves both production and on-site installation, ideal for someone who can work independently and deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end signage production and installation Installation of window frosting, vinyl graphics, and signboards Vinyl cutting, weeding, mounting, laminating, trimming, and finishing of digital prints Operation of CNC Router machines (e.g., MatCam 3000 series) Metal guillotine cutting Mounting and installing signs, including illuminated signage, following all safety protocols Clearing debris and materials from sites after each installation, including fabrication, assembly, and structural setup Safe operation of tools, machinery, and access equipment Working at heights in compliance with safety standards Managing installation tasks and meeting project deadlines What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years signage industry experience Trade-qualified Signwriter or equivalent experience Strong skills in both production and installation Ability to work independently on-site Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Proficient in CorelDRAW and Adobe software Mandatory Requirements: Driver’s Licence White Card (essential) Working at Heights certification (essential) Full Australian working rights (or eligible for sponsorship) Willingness to travel for jobs Applicant screening Screening questions Why are you the right candidate for this role?
