We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join a busy and growing trade services business based in Coopers Plains. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong computer skills, and is confident communicating with tradespeople and customers throughout the day. About the Role As the Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating daily operations and ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently. You will be the central point of contact between office staff, field technicians, and customers. Key Responsibilities Scheduling and coordinating plumbers and service technicians Managing work orders and job allocations Updating job information and maintaining accurate records Liaising with tradespeople, customers, and suppliers Handling incoming phone calls and email enquiries Assisting with general administration duties Supporting the operations team with day-to-day tasks About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities A friendly, outgoing, and professional manner Strong organisational and time management skills The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Confidence working with tradespeople and operational teams A positive attitude and willingness to learn Desirable (but not essential) Previous scheduling or dispatch experience Experience within the plumbing, construction, maintenance, or trade services industry Experience using AroFlo or similar job management software What's on Offer? $35-$38/hr Super Immediate start available Monday to Friday role Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Genuine temp-to-permanent opportunity with long-term career prospects If you are interested and you meet the above criteria then please apply or send your resume to oliver.maresse@acrworld.com
