Intertek Total Quality Assurance expertise, delivered consistently with precision, pace and passion, enabling our customers to power ahead safely About the role Working with a team of enthusiastic and experienced Lab Technicians, Fire Assayers and Photon Operators, we are actively seeking additional personnel to join the ranks. Located in Maddington WA, our team provide quality services to clients processing mineral samples using Fire Assay techniques. Role requirements The position requires the successful candidate to: Have good communication skills Be able to work in a team, as well as individually as required Be physically fit Be able to work a rotating 7/7 shift (11.5hrs p/day) roster including morning, night shifts. Photon Operator Perform operational and maintenance functions on the automated equipment as required. Follow all documented procedures to ensure maintenance of quality accreditation. Conduct general cleaning and maintenance of the sample station and processing unit. QA/QC Work efficiently to achieve a consistent level of production. Perform housekeeping and keep a tidy work area. Other appropriate duties as instructed by the Shift Supervisor.
