Your Role You will work closely with the team to provide high-quality play-based educational programs and assist them in implementing a curriculum that reflects best practice. You will build and maintain positive relationships with children and families, and the local community. A Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration. A minimum of one year experience or ability to demonstrate the capability and capacity to be an effective Leader. Display confident abilities to communicate, reflect, challenge professional dialogue and build respectful workplace relationships. Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
