Join the AES team as an All-Round Operator/Supervisor and embark on an exciting opportunity in the dynamic world of exploration. We are seeking skilled operators to join our team across Western Australia. This ongoing contract position offers the chance to play a key role in a variety of tasks, including supervising/operating earth moving exploration , pad cleaning , sump building , access track construction , and rehabilitation . Your expertise will be crucial in contributing to the overall success of our client’s operations. Key Responsibilities: MUST have experience with earth moving exploration to support project development, ensuring smooth site preparation and land clearing. MUST have experience with pad cleaning to ensure operational areas are properly prepared and maintained for further activities. MUST have experience with sump building , including the creation of water management systems to stabilize and manage project sites. MUST have experience with access track construction , ensuring safe, clear routes for machinery and team members across the site. MUST have experience with rehabilitation tasks to restore land and meet environmental standards, ensuring long-term sustainability. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations on site. Maintain high safety standards and adhere to all operational and safety protocols. Supervise various operational tasks within the exploration environment, adapting to the changing needs of the project. Contribute to the successful completion of exploration projects by ensuring tasks are carried out on time and to high standards. Preferred Requirements: Minimum of 12 months’ experience operating various types of heavy machinery, such as dozers, loaders, excavators, and articulated haul trucks . Strong experience in exploration operations. MC/HR License (desirable) to operate a variety of vehicles and machinery. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to following safety procedures and protocols. Effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring collaboration with colleagues and management. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome challenges in a dynamic work environment. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 5 year's experience in exploration operations. Valid manual driver’s license , with MC/HR license highly regarded . Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive work environment. First Aid Certificate (preferred). Required: Australian Driver License (C Class) . National Police Clearance . Must have Working Rights in Australia .
