This is an opportunity for a technically strong mining or drilling professional to step into a customer-facing leadership role, combining field support, product application, and sales responsibility across WA operations. What you’ll be doing: Lead and coordinate regional field service activities, including managing Pipe Handler personnel Build and maintain strong relationships with mining customers and drilling contractors Provide hands-on technical support across drilling consumables (DTH and Rotary) Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance assessments to optimise drilling outcomes Support product trials, field testing, and ongoing product development initiatives Deliver technical training and application guidance to customers and internal teams Contribute to sales growth through strategic account management and commercial support Assist with forecasting, pricing discussions, and inventory planning Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for product improvement Maintain a strong field presence with regular travel to mine sites across WA What you’ll need: Experience within drilling operations, mining, or exposure to drilling consumables (DTH or Rotary highly regarded) Background in technical support, operations, account management, or customer-facing roles (sales experience beneficial but not essential) Ability to analyse drilling performance and provide practical optimisation solutions Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High level of self-motivation, organisation, and problem-solving ability Leadership capability or experience coordinating teams or field activities Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites Desirable: Exposure to product trials, development, or field assessments Experience with drilling performance analysis and reporting Formal technical or business qualifications What’s in it for you: Clear pathway into a technical leadership and commercial position Opportunity to influence product performance and development High level of autonomy managing your region and customer relationships Work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams Competitive salary package with performance incentives and vehicle Ongoing professional development and long-term career growth How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button below.
