As we continue to grow we are looking for someone with a big personality to join our finance team. About the Role This is a full time office role, based in our Wangara head office. No long commutes into the city. No running around all day. Just a stable, local role working with a great team. You will be contacting customers when they need help to organise the payment of their solar installation. This role is not just a debt collection position. There are many facets of the role including reviewing the customer account to ensure that any rebate requirements have been fulfilled and then investigating what may be outstanding to get this across the line. This role suits someone who enjoys talking to people, picking up the phone and helping customers work through problems. While starting with a focus on AR you may lead into a broader accounts role so there is definitely opportunity to grow with this role. We are not looking for someone who hides behind emails. We want someone who enjoys picking up the phone and getting things sorted. You will also receive training over time on the technical side of solar and battery systems, so you can confidently help customers and understand how everything works. Our goal is to build the best solar service team in Western Australia and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of that. About You We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and helping others. You might come from finance or accounts focused role with a proficiency in collecting outstanding debt and problem solving. If you have previous experience in the Solar industry that would be a huge plus. What matters most is personality, attitude and willingness to learn. Ideally we are looking for someone with 5 years of Accounts or Accounts Receivable experience, but this is not as important as a can do attitude and the desire to learn and grow.
