We are seeking someone to support a wonderful young woman with disability to get out and about into her community. She enjoys being active and loves to swim. But as she moves into adulthood, we want people to support her explore new opportunities and to allow her to discover her true passions. Initially the support is for one day over the weekend and during school holidays. This will then increase once she finishes school at the end of the year. If you have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly young adults, that would be great- but really, it’s as much about you having the right values and a willingness to provide a positive experience. Requirements: Completion of the NDIS Worker Screening, Completion of the Quality, Safety and You’ NDIS Worker Orientation Module Applicants must hold a valid WA Driver’s License.
