Ideally suited to an individual who is deeply rooted within the local community, you will build your own business locally under the LG brand - similar to a franchise but without the upfront investment or ongoing fees. Operating under a contractor agreement, you will experience autonomy to meet the agreement criteria all whilst being supported and trained from the head office team. You will benefit from the flexibility of working from home with no office overheads and become a become a trusted local advisor in your community. The two key pillars in this role are Care Management; Ensuring clients receive exceptional support and Business Development ; Growing LG presence in the Cairns region.
