We are seeking a Territory Manager to lead our Melbourne and South East Victoria territory. This is one of three newly created roles designed to support the next stage of our expansion. Managing a customer base of more than 400 pharmacies, you will combine field sales and telesales activity to grow distribution, strengthen customer relationships, and consistently deliver against quarterly sales and commission targets. About the Role This hybrid Territory Manager role combines field sales and telesales to grow an established customer base of more than 400 pharmacies across Melbourne and South East Victoria. You will be responsible for driving territory performance through regular customer engagement, account development, new business conversion, and consistent execution against sales targets. Previous pharmaceutical industry experience is not essential. We value attitude, drive, and coachability more than anything else. Key Responsibilities • Own your territory and develop sales strategies that drive consistent, sustainable growth. • Manage and deepen relationships with an established customer base across pharmacies and key accounts. • Identify and convert new business opportunities within your territory. • Conduct regular, structured in-person visits to drive engagement and visibility. • Maintain consistent, high-impact outreach to drive orders and ensure no account loses momentum. • Educate and inform customers on Nova's product range and campaigns. • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives. • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and category insights to the broader business. What We're Looking For • Previous sales experience is essential; pharmaceutical industry experience is not required. • A genuine sales mindset with a focus on results and the drive to hit sales & commission targets. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Highly self-organised and disciplined in managing your own schedule and territory. • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with team goals. • Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Own reliable vehicle and current, valid driver's licence (essential) • Equally comfortable working in both face-to-face and phone-based sales environments, as this is a hybrid role.
