The Role You will take ownership of your customers from first enquiry through to delivery, with a clear focus on building value and converting opportunities. Your day-to-day will include: Managing inbound enquiries and generating your own opportunities Understanding customer needs and presenting the right vehicle Conducting effective test drives that move the deal forward Negotiating and closing sales Maintaining strong follow-up and pipeline management 5-day work week (NO SUNDAYS) About You This role will suit someone who is confident in front of customers and understands what it takes to consistently convert. You will ideally bring: Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but not essential) Strong communication and the ability to build rapport quickly Confidence handling objections and asking for the business Solid organisation and follow-up habits A self-motivated and driven approach A current driver’s licence If you take pride in your numbers, enjoy being held accountable, and back your ability to close, you will fit in well here.
