We are seeking a qualified and motivated Accountant to join our team and support the financial management and ongoing growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial records, accounts, and reports. Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and monitoring of company expenditure. Ensure compliance with Australian taxation obligations, including BAS, PAYG withholding, payroll tax, superannuation, and other statutory requirements. Liaise with external accountants, auditors, financial institutions, and government authorities as required. Process, review, and maintain payroll and associated financial records to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and employment obligations. Monitor business performance, project costing, profitability, and financial outcomes. Provide financial analysis and reporting to assist management with strategic decision-making. Maintain accounting systems and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems. Skills and Experience At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
