About the Role As an Administrative Officer, you will provide administrative support to management, support coordinators, and disability support staff. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting with NDIS documentation, coordinating schedules, and delivering excellent customer service to participants and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries. Maintain participant files and ensure records are accurate and up to date. Assist with NDIS service agreements, participant documentation, and compliance requirements. Coordinate staff rosters, appointments, and meetings. Process invoices, timesheets, and administrative reports. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Support onboarding and documentation for new employees. Liaise with participants, families, support workers, and external stakeholders. Assist with audits and quality assurance processes. General office administration duties as required.
