We’re seeking a commercially driven Head of Channel Marketing to lead our end-to-end channel marketing function and shape how we bring our brand and innovation to market. Reporting to the GM of Marketing , you’ll lead a team of five across Category Management, Retail Activations, and Channel Marketing, driving a high-performance function focused on delivering measurable commercial outcomes. You will own the strategic direction and execution of Channel Marketing — from long-term category planning through to integrated go-to-market campaigns that strengthen brand presence and accelerate growth. With accountability for performance, ROI, and governance, you’ll ensure every initiative is aligned, impactful, and commercially effective. Working closely with National Accounts, Product, and Brand teams, you’ll bring clarity, structure, and leadership to a fast-paced environment — turning strategy into action and ideas into results. Key Responsibilities Working with the Head of Product Marketing, Head of National Accounts, Head of Digital and Brand Marketing, Commercial Finance and Demand and Supply teams to co-create, communicate, and deliver a robust ANZ Marketing strategy and annual marketing plans. Ensure Channel Marketing function is understood across the business, with clear definitions, purpose, governance, ownership, and executional requirements. Establish a performance-driven governance framework in Channel Marketing that aligns accountability, streamlines decision-making, and ensures every activity delivers measurable commercial return. Be accountable for the overall category commercial vision and plan delivering against the 9 Core Categories (executed via Channel retail environments), The Big Idea, Category Drivers, key strategic initiatives, business objectives and resource availability. Build and refine frameworks to monitor integrated plans and identify opportunities, challenges and risks through full go-to market lifecycle, increasing campaign effectiveness and driving brand development, maintenance and optimisation. What you will bring to the role: 5 years in a multi-discipline Business Management role. Experience in a relevant Channel/Trade Marketing role. The ability to work cross functionally throughout a business. Extensive experience in managing and leading a team.
