Role This is a unique opportunity to step into a broad and highly trusted support role working closely with senior family members and a collaborative creative team. Combining EA, PA, office coordination and marketing support, the role will see you managing day-to-day operations, personal administration, travel, scheduling and communications across multiple business entities. Duties Manage diaries and appointments Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Organise medical appointments, utilities, subscriptions and personal administration Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions Coordinate collaboration, charity and PR requests Support social media scheduling and marketing coordination Assist with exhibitions, gallery relationships and event coordination Manage office supplies, invoices and database administration Oversee e-commerce coordination and Australia Post requirements Support Lightspeed/POS administration and archiving processes Liaise with external stakeholders across finance, travel and operations Skills and Experience Previous experience within an EA, PA, office management or coordination role Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail High level of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence Calm, adaptable and good-humoured personality Ability to manage multiple priorities within a small team environment Confident communication and stakeholder management skills Strong Microsoft Office capability and confidence working on Mac platforms Exposure to Lightspeed or retail POS systems advantageous Interest or experience within art, design, media or creative industries preferred Benefits Work within a beautiful studio environment Join a genuinely warm and supportive family-run business Broad, varied and people-focused role Opportunity to work alongside respected creatives and business leaders Relaxed and collaborative office culture At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
