This is a shared role working week on week off. Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentor program designed to support learner drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. The aim of the program is to provide young people with increased employment opportunities and driver education. The role also supports the Youth Club Manager in daily operational management of the Club and provides appropriate referrals for program participants to relevant community organisations.
