5 Heads Pty Ltd (71 098 396 546) Trading As: Broome Progressive Supplies, Derby Progressive Supplies & Perth Progressive Supplies Position Description The Sales Administrator is responsible for the coordination of the everyday running of the Perth branch. This includes the sales/customer service and administration aspects of Perth Progressive Supplies, as well as the liaison of the chemical manufacturing side of the Company. Tasks will include, but are not limited to: Taking orders over the phone, via email and customer walk-ins (POS and cash handling) Processing orders and invoicing in MYOB Stock monitoring and purchasing Liaising with the Warehouse Stores person regarding chemical requirements and discussing said requirements with the Purchasing Manager Coordinating customer deliveries and stock pickups with the Warehouse Stores person Communicating system, stock or processing issues with the Director or General Manager Maintaining cleanliness of the office and other staff areas Point person for mailing, banking, supplies and errands Monitor and maintain office supplies DEBTORS Allocating payments Statements All Queries & copy invoices Debt collection Entering Invoices RECONCILING BANK STATEMENTS NAB Bank Statements NAB Credit Card ANZ Credit Card The Sales Administrator will work alongside the Warehouse Stores person to ensure stock and chemical availability and smooth processes between initial order taking and delivery. The Sales Administrator will directly report to the General Manager [Angela Mills] and the Director [Scott Mills] update them on the comings and goings of the branch. They will also regularly liaise with the Purchasing Manager regarding chemical and other stock levels, as well as the two other branches.
