The Role: We are seeking experienced Labourers, Forklift Operators & Machine Operators to assist with ensuring a smooth, efficient production process by performing the below duties Labourers: Assist with building pallets and timber products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Feeding machinery with timber products General lifting, carrying & stacking of timber Machine Operators: Operating Pallet & Docking machines to produce satisfactory Timber products for distribution General fault finding and trouble shooting of machines Light maintenance and repairs on machines where required General lifting, carrying & stacking of timber Forklift Operators: Loading and unloading trucks of timbers products Stock putaways & replenishment Stock retrieval General Labouring duties as required What We Need: Labourers: Prior labouring / factory / construction experience Forklift Operators: Prior experience operating forklifts (experience working in factory / manufacturing environments highly regarded) Machine Operators: Prior experience operating machinery (timber or steel background highly regarded) Highly reliable – must show up on time, every shift Fast-paced, high performing individual Physically fit & safety focused Driver’s licence & reliable transport (essential) Forklift licence ( mandatory for Forklift positions) What's on Offer: Immediate start Ongoing, consistent work Overtime available Temp-to-perm for reliable workers Career growth opportunities If you’re ready to start now and are known for being dependable , apply today – we’re hiring immediately.
