About the Role and your Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting NDIS participants to understand, implement and maximise their NDIS plans. You will work closely with participants, families, service providers and stakeholders to ensure supports are coordinated effectively and participants can achieve their goals. Using your knowledge of the NDIS and strong relationship-building skills, you will assist participants to navigate the disability sector, connect with appropriate services and build their capacity to exercise choice and control. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting participants to implement and utilise their NDIS plans effectively Developing strong relationships with participants, families, carers and service providers Coordinating supports and services to help participants achieve their goals Monitoring participant progress and conducting regular plan reviews Assisting participants to build capacity and increase independence Advocating on behalf of participants when required Maintaining accurate and compliant case notes, reports and documentation Liaising with the NDIA and other key stakeholders Identifying and managing risks to participant wellbeing and service delivery Ensuring all supports are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies Providing prompt, professional and solution-focused support to participants and stakeholders Managing participant inquiries, concerns and feedback Participating in a shared on-call roster as required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience as a Support Coordinator, Specialist Support Coordinator, Case Manager or similar role within the NDIS sector Strong understanding of the NDIS and participant-centred practice Experience supporting participants with complex needs would be highly regarded Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators Excellent documentation, report writing and computer skills Ability to build rapport with participants, families and service providers Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Current driver's license and reliable registered vehicle Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Police Check Full working rights within Australia Benefits: Generous salary of $75,000 to $85,000 plus super, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Supportive leadership team and collaborative workplace culture Genuine career progression opportunities within a growing organisation The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of NDIS participants every day How to Apply: This is a key role within a growing organisation and an opportunity to positively impact the lives of people living with a disability.
