About the Role We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Registered Nurse – Emergency to provide exceptional care to patients presenting with diverse and acute clinical needs. You will work within a high-performing multidisciplinary environment, contributing to excellent patient outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, timely, and high‑quality emergency nursing care across triage, fast track, acute, resuscitation, and short‑stay areas. Perform comprehensive assessments, initiate interventions, and evaluate outcomes in line with current ED clinical guidelines and escalation frameworks. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team—ED consultants, registrars, ENs, ANUMs, allied health, and ambulance services—to optimise patient flow and care outcomes. Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to all legislative, safety, and infection‑prevention requirements. Contribute actively to quality improvement, clinical audits, and initiatives that support excellence in emergency care delivery. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1). Australian Based Demonstrated experience in an Emergency Department (min 2 years) , including exposure to resuscitation and high‑acuity care. Strong critical‑thinking, clinical assessment, and escalation skills. Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a patient‑centred approach. Commitment to professional development and adherence to evidence‑informed practice. Ability to work autonomously and cohesively within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
