We’re looking for an experienced Care Planning Manager / Practice Leader to oversee care planning, compliance, and frontline teams across Child Safety and Disability clients in the Central & Southern Gold Coast . This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can manage risk, complexity, and people , not just coordinate.
