Calexico is one of the street's most loved names, and right now, they're looking for the person who'll lead it. The role As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the Calexico James Street store. That means owning the floor, leading your team, and delivering a customer experience that's genuinely reflective of the brand — not just a transaction. Day to day, you'll be across: Team leadership, scheduling, and performance — building a crew that actually loves coming to work Sales performance and KPI delivery — you understand your numbers and know how to move them Visual merchandising standards — you have an eye for how a floor should look and feel Stock management and loss prevention Clienteling and building genuine customer relationships Liaising with the wider business on trading updates, product feedback, and operational needs What you'll bring This role is for someone who has grown up in fashion retail. You know the rhythm of a fashion floor, you understand product, and you lead by example rather than from behind a clipboard. We're looking for: Proven retail management experience — ideally from a fashion brand where product and presentation really matter A track record of leading and developing a team, not just managing one Commercial awareness and confidence with sales reporting A natural ability to connect with customers — and the instinct to know when to step in and when to let the team shine Someone who takes genuine pride in the store they run Why this one Calexico on James Street is an institution.
