The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in the stone benchtop industry (preferred) Experience operating bridge saws and CNC machinery (preferred) Strong computer skills and the ability to use CNC/software systems Ability to read and interpret plans accurately Strong attention to detail and workmanship Reliable, punctual, and committed to their role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Tasks & responsibilities Operate CNC Machines (5axis Waterjet & 5axis Bridge saw) Ability to program Ensure work quality meets company standards.
