We are a busy stone fabrication business on the Gold Coast specializing in residential and commercial benchtops. We are looking for a CNC / Bridge Saw Operator with experience in AutoCAD drafting and CNC programming to join our factory team. Long-term opportunities may be available for the right candidate, including potential visa sponsorship. The role Operating CNC router and bridge saw for stone benchtop fabrication Preparing DXF drawings in AutoCAD from measurements and job sheets Programming CNC jobs and managing cutting sequences Loading, unloading and handling stone slabs safely Reading drawings, cut lists and production schedules Basic machine setup, tool changes and daily maintenance Working closely with factory and installation teams to meet deadlines What we’re looking for Experience operating CNC machines and/or bridge saws (stone industry preferred) AutoCAD experience for drafting stone benchtop drawings (DXF) Ability to program CNC machines or willingness to learn High attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Forklift ticket is an advantage but not essential What we offer Stable full-time role with consistent hours Competitive pay based on experience Modern machinery and tooling Supportive team environment Long-term opportunity for the right person Important This is a hands-on factory role combining machine operation and drafting/programming .
