Finance and Insurance Salesperson – Gold Coast Harley Davidson About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Finance and Insurance Salesperson . You will be a valued member of our credit team, providing a consistent level of "prime service" to our network of stores and customers. You will manage the end-to-end finance process, from initial application through to settlement, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Application Management: Take and submit finance applications (same-day), obtain approvals from finance sources, and manage the signing and secure storage of all relevant documentation. Consultative Sales: Offer motorcycle insurance and mechanical protection plans to all referred customers, optimizing every opportunity by providing products relevant to their needs. Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with allocated stores and keep both store managers and customers updated at every stage of the credit process via MCNET, calls, and emails. Financial Administration: Balance purchase agreements once settled, process loan contract settlements, and accurately record and follow up on all commissions. Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain complete and accurate records in the company’s computer programs and ensure all information provided to lenders and insurers is correct and transparent. Team Support: Support the team by assisting with customer referrals when teammates are unavailable. What we’re looking for Industry Interest/Experience: A background or strong interest in finance, insurance, or the automotive sector. Communication Excellence: Confident, customer-centric communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships. Detail & Process Focused: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to following structured, compliant processes. Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with MCNET is beneficial.
