About the Role Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal / Group Service Manager , you will oversee a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Apprentices , ensuring the department meets budgeted gross and net profit targets while delivering exceptional service experiences. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.
