20th May, 2026 Job Title: Head of Retention Location: Relocation to Hong Kong We are looking for a Head of Retention to lead and scale the global retention and subscription strategy for a fast-growing health and wellness brand. This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about lifecycle marketing, customer retention, CRM, AI-driven personalisation, and subscription growth. The role is based in Hong Kong, with relocation support available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Own the global retention strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty, referrals, and subscriptions Drive improvements across customer retention, LTV, churn reduction, and subscriber growth Lead lifecycle marketing campaigns, onboarding journeys, win-back flows, and personalisation strategies Use AI tools and customer insights to optimise performance and customer experience Manage retention reporting, cohort analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics Collaborate with performance marketing, product, ecommerce, and creative teams globally Qualifications Proven experience leading retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within a high-growth DTC or subscription business Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Recharge/Skio, and SMS marketing tools Commercially minded with strong analytical and data interpretation skills Experience improving retention, LTV, and subscription performance at scale AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools within marketing workflows Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits Relocation opportunity to Hong Kong Work with a globally recognised and rapidly scaling consumer brand High-impact role with genuine ownership and career growth potential Fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you.
