Together with our General Manager, the Director of Sales & Marketing will be instrumental in shaping the voice, image, and heartbeat of our brand. You will be the creative powerhouse behind everything we do, and thanks to your close contacts with our customers, you’ll ensure that we always have a full house and the best parties. At 25hours, we don’t just provide a stay, we create an experience. Think creatively and strategically to develop dynamic marketing campaigns that elevate 25hours as a one-of-a-kind experience; Take the lead in telling 25hours' brand story, ensuring our values, personality, and mission are reflected in all communications and guest interactions; Oversee the creation and execution of 25hours’ marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels – from social media to print, events, and beyond; Rule the P&L. Be determined and understand our brand and business to turn action into success for our bottom line; Cultivate and manage relationships with partners, collaborators, and influencers who can help amplify the 25hours brand. You’ll work with food & beverage suppliers, artists, local creatives, and the community to create buzz-worthy initiatives and unforgettable experiences; Entice, excite and captivate our partners at global travel exhibitions with our edgy appeal and new look and feel in the Sydney hotel market; Unite unique partnerships, thinkers and co-creators to enhance our appeal within the community and create business opportunities to work alongside brand relevant visionaries; Bloggers, Vloggers, Instagram, influencers, social media and commercial savvy are in your daily vocabulary.
