15th May, 2026 Job Title: Lifecycle & CRM Manager Location: Sydney We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle & CRM Manager to lead retention and customer lifecycle marketing across multiple channels and regions. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience across email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty, and CRM strategy who thrives in a commercially driven, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty, referral, and reviews Build and optimise automated flows, campaigns, segmentation, and customer journeys Manage lifecycle calendars aligned with launches, promotions, and campaigns across multiple regions Analyse campaign performance, customer retention, and lifecycle metrics to drive growth and ROI Collaborate with eCommerce, brand, creative, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns Manage loyalty, referral, and UGC/reviews programmes to improve customer engagement and lifetime value Qualifications 5 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within eCommerce or DTC brands Advanced experience with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting Strong understanding of SMS marketing, loyalty programmes, and customer lifecycle strategy Excellent copywriting, analytical, and organisational skills Experience working with Shopify, Google Analytics, and CRM reporting tools preferred Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders across fast-paced environments Benefits Opportunity to join a high-growth global brand Hands-on role with strong ownership and strategic influence Collaborative and fast-moving team environment Career growth opportunities as the function continues to scale If this sounds like the right next step for you, we’d love to hear from you.
