Deliver structured, flexible, relevant and interesting training sessions and assist all learners regardless of level to achieve their training goals Ensure all training resources are current and are compliant with RTO standards 2025 Requirements Use teaching and assessment strategies that are fair, valid, current and sufficient Develop, implement, and maintain individual training plans to meet the individuals learning style and level of skills and knowledge Develop and maintain employment, education and further training networks Prepare for, conduct and document both training delivery and assessment procedures, using approved training delivery plans Complete and maintain all training records accurately and input into student management system Evaluate the training program, retaining written feedback for review and discussion with the Manager Complete and maintain all training records accurately and input into student management system Evaluate the training program, retaining written feedback for review and discussion with the Manager In conjunction with the Manager resolve any complaints or incidents in accordance with company grievance procedures, documenting incidents and outcomes Participate in moderation/validation sessions as required Report to and inform the Manager in regard to student welfare, issues with student attendance and course progress Maintain currency of qualifications and relevant industry experience Responsible for allocated portfolio as directed by the manager Support students to complete their courses as per their Training Plans and course schedules Deliver courses in accordance with Training Packages and industry requirements. Participate in moderation and validation and contribute to Continuous Improvement Assist in the delivery of an efficient training and assessment process in conjunction with KPl's Maintain accurate student course records, and complete all required reporting Maintain Departmental communication within the organisation Participate in internal and external audits Contribute to ensuring a safe working environment for co-workers and visitors Maintain Job Description Manual Trainer/Assessor Hold current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification. Shoud be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
