Digger / Dozer Operator – 2/1 roster – Immediate Start TSS are supporting a well-established gold operation in the Coolgardie region, with a stable processing plant and long-term outlook. We’re looking for Excavator / Dozer operators to join the site team to support production. This role will be a 2/1 roster with 7 days followed by 7 nights FIFO from Perth. Key responsibilities: • Operate diggers and dozers in open pit mining operations • Conduct pre-start checks and ensure equipment is maintained to site standards • Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other operators to meet production targets • Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture What you'll have: · Proven experience operating Excavators and/or Dozers in mining ( 150 T Excavator, D9 / D10 Dozer) · Current HR licence · Machinery tickets · Current valid police check (within 3 months) · Strong safety mindset and reliable workmanship · Able to work independently and within a small team · Able to meet pre-employment medical and site requirements The offer: · 2&1 roster (one week days, one week nights) · Paid 12-hours per day · $75.00 per hour plus super on all hours · Temp to perm opportunity · New camp with excellent food
