This role will include: Working as part of our experienced PM team to manage a portfolio Conducting routine inspections / ingoing inspections / final inspections Maintenance and work orders Creating leasing and property management documents Liaising with clients Advertising rental properties Overall day to day management of a rental portfolio Arrears management Using our PM software including Agentbox, Property Me, Inspection express & Inspect Real Estate. Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint Ensure compliance with property legislation and best practices Collaborating closely with our BDM, Leasing Consultant and Trust account team Bring a proactive mindset and a clear ambition to step into future leadership and management opportunities The successful candidate should have the following: Have excellent customer service skills and experience Be professionally presented Be consistent and highly reliable Property Management experience required Enjoy coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environment Have strong attention to detail An Australian driver's licence and reliable car Real estate registration or licence required Why choose Blackshaw?
