About the role Anitech Pty Ltd is seeking some one who loves to travel and interacting with people to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. You will be provided a van fitted with a booth and the equipment required to perform Audiometric Screening, you will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments and screenings to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Full training provided. In a nutshell: You will love travel and interacting with people Fully fitted person provided Accomodation and travel costs reimbursed when staying outside Brisbane What you’ll be doing Mobile Screening Operations (Primary): • Conduct on-site audiometric screenings at client locations using a mobile screening van. • Set up and calibrate audiometric equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results. • Travel to different worksites within the designated region, maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs. • Responsible for scheduling Maintenance of the vehicle and upkeep of the audiometric test vehicle. • Mask Fit testing, Lung Function screening as required. Occupational Hygiene Assessments (Secondary): • Conduct occupational hygiene assessments, including noise monitoring, air quality and dust monitoring, ergonomic evaluations, and exposure assessments. • Perform workplace assessments to identify potential health hazards and recommend risk mitigation strategies. • Assist in developing workplace monitoring programs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. • Prepare detailed reports with findings, recommendations, and improvement plans for clients. What we’re looking for • Qualifications in Audiology, Nursing, Engineering or a related healthcare field • Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting audiometric assessments and screenings • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients of all ages • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure • Proficiency in using audiometric equipment and software • A passion for improving the hearing health and wellbeing of our clients • Australian Drivers Licence is a must What we offer At Anitech Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
