What's on Offer • Salary $120k • Hybrid flexibility available • Exposure across both residential aged care and community care services • Broad leadership role with a blend of quality, compliance and operational responsibilities • Opportunity to mentor and support managers and clinical teams • Growing organisation with future expansion plans • Long-term career development opportunities • Supportive and experienced leadership team The Role • Support quality, compliance and clinical governance outcomes across multiple services • Drive accreditation readiness, audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives • Support incident management, complaints, SIRS and risk management processes • Analyse service performance and identify opportunities for improvement • Coach and support managers to strengthen quality and compliance outcomes • Assist with policy, governance and quality system implementation • Work closely with senior leadership on service improvement initiatives • Contribute to operational performance and service delivery outcomes About You • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse • Experience in quality, compliance, accreditation, clinical governance or clinical leadership within aged care - • Background in either residential aged care or community care • Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements • Experience managing audits, incidents, complaints, risk and continuous improvement initiatives • Confident supporting managers, coaching teams and driving positive change • Seeking a broader leadership opportunity with exposure to both governance and operations To apply, please submit your CV or contact Ashley on 0466 606 387 or ashley@gdrecruitment.com.au for a confidential discussion, even if you're just exploring the market.
