A leading organisation within the rail and infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced National EHS Manager to support major projects across Australia. Based in Melbourne, this role offers the opportunity to work across both strategic and operational safety functions within a collaborative and progressive environment. Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving EHS performance across multiple projects and business functions. This is a highly relationship-driven role requiring someone who can influence and educate stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will bring a balanced and pragmatic leadership style, with the ability to coach and support teams while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
