We’re partnering with a well-regarded commercial builder with a strong reputation in the fit out and refurbishment space, delivering high-quality projects across commercial office, hospitality, education, retail and workplace environments. With a healthy pipeline of $5m–$15m projects, they’re looking for a capable Site Manager who thrives in live environments, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering polished projects to programme. The Role As Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of site delivery from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring safety, programme, subcontractor coordination, and quality are all executed to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end site management of commercial fit out & refurbishment projects Managing subcontractors, suppliers and daily site operations Driving programme and short-term lookaheads to keep delivery on track Managing works in occupied/live environments with minimal disruption Running site meetings and coordinating consultants/trades Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and presentation Managing site logistics, access constraints and sequencing challenges Working closely with Project Managers and Contract Administrators to ensure smooth delivery Overseeing defect management, commissioning and final handover What We’re Looking For: Proven Site Management experience delivering commercial fit out/refurbishment projects Strong experience on projects in the $5m–$15m range Excellent understanding of sequencing, finishes and subcontractor management Confident working in live environments / staged delivery programmes Trade or construction qualification preferred Strong communication skills with a solutions-focused mindset A hands-on leader who drives standards and accountability Why This Role?
