ABOUT THE PROJECT The Tram to Springvale Alliance (TSA), made up of BMD Constructions, CPB Contractors and Arup, is delivering the Eastern Freeway Upgrades between Tram and Springvale roads. THE ROLE Build your career while you earn! We’re offering a unique opportunity for a Safety Trainee , to join BMD/TSA and gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or similar) - all while earning a competitive salary above award rates. This is not a typical trainee role; you’ll be fairly compensated while building your future. You’ll support the project’s Health and Safety team in delivering one of Victoria’s largest infrastructure projects. You’ll work alongside experienced safety professionals, gaining exposure to safety systems, compliance, and risk management in a live construction environment. This role combines on-the-job training with formal study, setting you up for a long-term career in the construction industry.
