The Opportunity Working closely with senior leadership and the broader project delivery team, you will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from early design and planning through to construction completion and defects management. This is a client-facing role requiring strong coordination, stakeholder management and the ability to drive project outcomes across multiple moving parts. Responsibilities will include: Managing projects across planning, design and construction phases Coordinating consultants and overseeing design development Managing authority approvals and statutory processes Overseeing procurement and supporting contract administration Monitoring programmes, budgets and project reporting Leading or supporting PCG meetings and stakeholder coordination Supporting projects through to completion and defect management The role offers exposure across multiple asset classes and project scales, creating a strong platform for long-term career growth and development. The Foundation for Success You will bring experience within client-side project management consultancy or property development, and have exposure to projects across key delivery phases. The business is particularly interested in candidates who have delivered high-end luxury homes, hotels or base-build retail projects and who enjoy working within complex, design-led environments. You will also bring: Australian experience within project management consultancy or property development Exposure across design, approvals and construction delivery Experience coordinating consultants and contractors Strong organisational and stakeholder management capability Clear communication skills and commercial awareness A degree qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering or a related discipline Above all, you will be proactive, detail-oriented, and contribute positively in a collaborative team environment.
