About the Role: Working closely with the Head of Construction and Project Managers, you will take ownership of contract administration, claims management, variations, disputes, and contractual compliance across complex construction and engineering agreements. This role suits a commercially minded Contracts Specialist who thrives in fast-paced project environments and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, contractors, and delivery partners. Responsibilities: Manage the administration and execution of construction project contracts Review and manage contractual notices, claims, variations, extensions of time, and disputes Support Project Managers with commercial management and contractor interfaces Assist with the preparation, review, and negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts Monitor contract compliance, maintain project documentation, and identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies Skills & Experience: Relevant qualification in Law, Commerce, Finance, Construction Management, or similar 5 years’ experience in contracts administration within renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or construction Strong knowledge of EPC, construction, and project delivery contracts, including claims, variations, and disputes Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and commercial acumen with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, with full Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence Benefits: Opportunity to work on nationally significant renewable energy projects Exposure to major infrastructure and construction delivery Long-term career growth within the energy transition sector Competitive salary package and flexible working arrangements
