YOUR ROLE As the valued RIGHT HAND to a talented personal injury lawyers with a flourishing practices in TPD (total permanent disablement) , you will love playing a key role in obtaining justice for injured clients: attending to initial client enquiries, liaising with other solicitors/doctors/insurers, assessing claim viability, preparing correspondence and court documents, preparing briefs to barristers, general administration. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have MINIMUM 12 months OR MORE (senior candidates with 20 yrs exp welcome) legal paralegal/secretarial/assistant experience in personal injury law including minimum 6 months specifically in TPD; are either a ‘career’ legal secretary/administrator OR a law student; have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) communication and interpersonal skills [essential]; are highly organized and can meet deadlines; love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced, positive environment; are hungry to advance your career in personal injury law with a successful law firm long-term .
