This highly successful organisation’s culture is extremely collegiate and collaborative with a practical, solutions focused outlook. About the role This role is pivotal to the organisation. Reporting to an impressive and friendly Group Manager Legal, you will be responsible for autonomously managing and driving the resolution of a range of disputes including commercial disputes, insurance claims and debt recovery matters. In addition to being the dedicated lawyer responsible for managing all disputes, the successful candidate will also be involved in broader commercial legal work as part of a lean legal team. The ideal candidate will have sound commercial skills and grounding and the ability to strategically drive disputes (small to large) to a commercial conclusion quickly and provide easily understood advice to the business.
