YOUR NEW ROLE In this unique newly created role, in their fast-growing CLASS ACTIONS team, reporting to and being mentored by an outstanding Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the stimulationchallengedeep fulfilment of working on high level complex large-scale class actions litigation cases obtaining justice for plaintiffs. You will be actively involved in assisting the partner with class actions including liaising with clients/other solicitors/counsels/experts, legal research, preparing letters/court documents, obtaining and reviewing evidence, preparing briefs to counsel, assisting with settlement conferences/mediations and court hearings.
