About the role Star Barber is seeking an experienced Barber or Hairdresser to join our team in Darwin CBD. You will be responsible for delivering men’s grooming services including scissor cuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves — maintaining a high standard of service and shop presentation. Key responsibilities Provide full range of barbering / hairdressing services Consult clients on style, hair care, and product recommendations Maintain hygiene, shop standards, and equipment Manage client bookings Assist with shop upkeep and inventory Required skills & experience Must be proficient with scissors Minimum 2 years’ experience as barber or hairdresser Strong knowledge of men’s hairstyles, fades, classic cuts Good communication and customer service skills Certificate III in Barbering / Hairdressing (or equivalent) Straight razor skills.
