About the role Chevron Glass Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our small maintenance team across 3 locations at Melrose Park, Royal Park and Kilkenny. This is a full-time role that will see you responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company's equipment and machinery. What you'll be doing Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance on a range of industrial machinery and equipment Troubleshoot issues with machinery and complete necessary repairs and adjustments Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime Collaborate with the production team to ensure optimal equipment performance Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report on equipment status Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures What we're looking for Fitter and Turner, Electrical and Machinist Trade or previous experience as a Maintenance Fitter. Strong technical skills and a good understanding of the maintenance and repair of a wide range of equipment and machinery including pneumatic machines.
