What You’ll Be Doing : -Lawn mowing, edging, and clean-ups -Hedging, pruning, and general garden maintenance -Weed control and basic landscaping tasks -Using and maintaining equipment safely -Working efficiently to complete multiple jobs per day -Providing a high standard of service to regular clients What We’re Looking For : -Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable) -Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work all day -Attention to detail — takes pride in a clean finish -Willingness to learn and improve -Experience in mowing/gardening is a bonus, but not required The key tasks include: General Landscaping (planting, mulching, soil works, turf prep) Hard landscaping (paving, retaining walls) Carrying out daily maintenance checks on plant and equipment Operating mowers, blowers, brush cutters, spray equipment, and other machinery We require you to have: Current, valid driver's licence and own transport. White Card Required. Previous experience in construction preferred. Minimum of 6-12 months construction experience required Due to the security nature of some sites a police check and a working with children’s check may be required. Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position.
