Based in Maddington, we’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager who isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty! As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of our towing operations, with a focus on safety, productivity and customer satisfaction. A minimum of 5 years of operations management in the Transport & Logistics industry is required and an immediate start would be ideal. This role will suit someone comfortable in making decisions, being accountable for outcomes, and prepared to step in to keep work moving. About the role Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to; Oversee day to day operations Team Leadership (Approx 20 Employees & Contractors) Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, internal polices & procedures (HVA, DOT & ISO) Manage all aspects of driver rosters & asset maintenance scheduling Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Build a strong, collaborative workplace culture Continuously explore ways to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction About you Proven experience in an Operations Management role Strong written and oral communication skills Confident decision-maker with strong stakeholder management skills Organised, practical and customer service focused Comfortable taking ownership of issues and resolving them Strong team leadership skills If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as our Operations Manager, we encourage you to apply now.
