Over the next 12 months, we’ll be moving into a brand-new production facility in Canning Vale with upgraded equipment and significantly increased production capacity. About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Food Production Team Member to join our production team full time. This is a hands on role involving all aspects of food production including ingredient preparation, cooking support, filling and packing products, palletising, cleaning, warehouse organisation, and maintaining accurate production records. The role reports directly to our Production Manager and joins a calm, friendly, highly capable production team with a strong culture and low staff turnover. Current hours are: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 5:00pm Paid overtime available most second Fridays Overtime paid on any time worked past 5pm What You’ll Be Doing Preparing fresh vegetables and ingredients for production Operating and supporting semi-automated production equipment Filling, packing, palletising, and handling finished products Cleaning equipment and maintaining high hygiene standards Maintaining accurate production records Assisting with warehouse organisation and FIFO stock rotation Supporting production flow and setup Occasional collection of fresh produce and packaging materials As we transition into our new facility in Canning Vale later in the year, the role will evolve alongside our new equipment and production systems. What We’re Looking For This role suits someone who: enjoys practical, hands on work is physically capable and happy being on their feet all day can work quickly while maintaining good attention to detail takes pride in doing tasks properly works well in a calm, team focused environment is reliable, punctual, and low drama notices issues and communicates well asks questions when unsure rather than guessing Experience in food production, commercial kitchens, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is helpful but not essential. Forklift license desirable but not essential. Physical Requirements This role requires: regular lifting up to approximately 25kg repetitive physical work Why Join Us?
