Head of Shop Operations Location: Canning Vale What you can expect We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Shop Operations to lead the effective and efficient delivery of our workshop operations in Perth. This role is critical to ensuring the right resources, capabilities, and infrastructure are in place to support high-quality execution, while driving continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence. You will play a key leadership role in optimising resource utilisation, developing team capability, and ensuring compliance with company standards, systems, and procedures. Key Responsibilities Ensure effective provision and utilisation of resources (people, tools, equipment, systems) to support efficient shop operations Plan and optimise workforce capability, availability, and deployment in line with business needs Ensure procedures are consistently applied and continuously improved Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team Ensure employees are trained, competent, and adaptable to operational requirements Foster a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Drive performance against KPIs and resourcing metrics Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Embed operational standards and continuous improvement practices (e.g. 5S) Ensure facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained, safe, and fit for purpose Champion safety and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain integrity of operational data and system usage What you will bring Proven experience in operations, workshop, or resource management Strong leadership capability with a focus on team development and performance Ability to plan, organise, and optimise resources effectively Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and KPIs Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and operational standards Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams What we offer The function enables you to become part of the team of ROSEN Asia Pacific, an organization that serves the Oil and Gas industry with state-of-the-art technologies.
