Case Officers are responsible for providing a dispute resolution service to the public. As a Case Officer you are responsible for taking initial enquiries from the public, providing guidance to assist them with their concerns. You will also assess complaints and determine the most appropriate resolution process. Case Officers manage a caseload of complaints, working directly with consumers and service providers to reach a resolution. You will work in a small but supportive team that values diversity and different perspectives. You will have a mentor who will help you learn on the job, and access to training so that you succeed in the role.
