About the Role As a Leasing Consultant, you will guide customers through the novated leasing journey from enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You will work closely with customers, dealerships, financiers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and professional experience at every touchpoint. Your responsibilities will include: Managing inbound and outbound novated leasing enquiries Preparing and presenting tailored novated lease quotationsEducating customers on the benefits of novated leasing Building strong relationships with customers, employers and dealership networks Delivering a high standard of customer service aligned to Kooya's values Working collaboratively within a supportive and performance-driven team What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is customer-focused, commercially minded and passionate about delivering outcomes. Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents. Ideally, you will have: Experience within novated leasing, salary packaging, automotive finance or a similar industry Minimum 1-2 years of experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, automotive finance or similar industry Strong communication and relationship-building skills The ability to explain complex information in a simple and engaging way A proactive and solutions-focused mindset Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines A genuine passion for customer experience Why Join Kooya?
